- Business To Business involves businesses in an opportunity to profit by using job retention and progression specialists to act as their point of contact for placement between businesses and eligible job seekers.

- Workforce Investment Act – Adult Program is targeted toward those individuals age 18 or older with the goal of obtaining permanent, unsubsidized employment through work experience, workshops, on-the-job training, or academic training.
- WorkFirst provides workshops, intensive job search, and job club activities to assist selected individuals refereed by the Aberdeen Community Service Office.
- Trade Act provides assistance in obtaining permanent unsubsidized employment through workshops, on-the-job training, or academic training for eligible individuals laid off from a Trade Certified employer (production affected by international trade or a shift in production to Canada or Mexico).
- Veteran’s Unit representatives assist military service veterans with employment, training, education, and veteran’s benefits.
- Unemployment Insurance benefits are now handled over the telephone at 1-800-362-4636; however, limited assistance is available for individuation with special needs or problems.
- Grays Harbor Career Transition Center (CTC)
- Workforce Investment Act – Dislocated Worker program is targeted toward individuals who have been laid off or terminated with the goal of obtaining permanent, unsubsidized employment through work experience, workshops, on-the-job training, or academic training.
- Grays Harbor College (GHC)
- GHC makes on of their staff members available Tuesday through Thursday morning, to assist with determining eligibility, planning, and providing educational advising.
- Grays Harbor Youth – ESD Harbor Youth – ESD 113
- Workforce Investment Act – Youth program is targeted toward those individuals ages 16 – 21 with the goal of beginning to prepare for permanent, unsubsidized employment through practical work experience, work readiness workshops, and studies to increase academic performance, and academic enrichment activities.

- Morningside is dedicated to advancing the employment and self-sufficiency of people with disabilities.
- Washington Department of Veteran’s Affairs
- Washington Department of Veteran’s Affairs provides a representative who is available to meet with veterans on Wednesdays to assist with veteran’s benefits and contacting the Veteran’s Administration.
